Kay Nussbaum is an experienced organization effectiveness consultant and executive with expertise in strategy, organization design, executive leadership, and change implementation. Over the past twenty-five years, Kay has partnered with senior leaders in organizations to implement business strategies for improving performance, market position and growth. Clients include Medtronic, Thrivent, Ecolab, Allina Health System, University of Minnesota, H.B. Fuller, Beckman Coulter, University of Wisconsin, General Mills, Yum! Brands, Land O’Lakes, and U.S. Bank.
Kay recently served as executive of a large, nonprofit healthcare system leading the organization’s Center for Learning and Innovation. She had responsibility for organization effectiveness, executive and leadership development, talent management, workforce engagement, organization alignment strategies and corporate education. Kay has also led the regional operations of a large, global organization consulting firm with client services focused on organization assessment and design, leadership development and managing strategic change.
Kay has a Master’s degree in Organization Development from American University in Washington D.C.
