Remote Work and Travel
Everyone on the AlignOrg team works remotely. We meet regularly via Zoom and once a year in person to strengthen our relationships and learn from each other. Our client-facing positions require face-to-face collaboration and frequent cross-county and international travel. We are engaging in some virtual facilitation in the wake of the pandemic, but we believe our partners are best served when we collaborate in person.

Our most successful consultants are skilled at listening to and applying feedback, making the complex simple, and pivoting to meet client needs in the moment.
