AlignOrg Solutions was recently recognized for its inclusion on the Inc. 5000, which highlights the nation’s fastest growing private companies. AlignOrg Solutions Principal and Client Executive Rebecca Ellis and Executive Administrative Assistant Jaycie Allen traveled to San Antonio for a celebration of Inc. 5000 recipients.
“It’s an honor to be included on this year’s Inc. 5000 list,” Ellis said. “I think it’s a reflection of the dedication and commitment with which we serve our clients.”
The theme of this year’s Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala was “Purpose,” designed to challenge leaders to drive social impact. Attendees heard from speakers like Deepak Chopra, former Navy Seal Patrick Dossett and self-made billionaire Janice Bryant Howard about the importance of aligning business goals with your values, investing in your team and creating an environment for personal growth.
“It was so inspiring to hear from business leaders who are making real positive changes in the lives of those around them,” Allen said. It helped us reflect on how we can live our AlignOrg core values as we grow as a business.”
AlignOrg Solutions’ inclusion on the list comes as the company prepares to celebrate its 30th anniversary. The organization was founded in 1994 to offer companies a practical, flexible approach to finding their optimal organization design.
