Rebekah is a strategic partner and trusted advisor to executives, bringing nearly 25 years of diverse, global experience in organization development, leader development, and talent management. She is skilled at navigating organizations, driving organizational alignment, and creating and implementing pragmatic, sustainable solutions. Rebekah leads successful transformations by optimizing organization and leadership effectiveness and enabling leaders and teams to deliver outstanding business results.

Prior to her consulting career, Rebekah gained extensive global Human Resources leadership experience during more than two decades with General Mills, where she led organization, talent, and team initiatives in partnership with business units, corporate functions, manufacturing plants, and global shared services. In her most recent corporate role, she led the enterprise organization effectiveness practice, building capabilities in organization design, change management, and team effectiveness.
