Recognized as one of the industry’s leading organization design consultants, Kreig Smith is the founder of AlignOrg Solutions. His expertise lies in the alignment of organizations to marketplace positions. He has nearly 25 years of organization design experience in international and domestic designs, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing and Sales redesigns, acquisitions, growth initiatives and alignment assessments. His last internal position was Director of Business Planning and Organization Design at AT&T Capital.
Kreig has presented at many national and international conferences on organization design and change and is the co-author of Mastering the Cube: Overcoming Stumbling Blocks and Building an Organization that Works.
