Aaron’s career journey began with a Fortune 500 global leader in the coatings industry. He progressively assumed roles of greater responsibility in sales, operations, P&L management, and HR. This early experience elevated his understanding of the intricacies of business operations and enabled him to appreciate the value of human capital in driving organizational success. These experiences laid the foundation for Aaron’s subsequent transition into full-time HR, where he delivered exceptional results through a variety of HR disciplines within a multi-industrial global technology leader, including leadership development, talent development, organizational effectiveness, change management and enterprise transformation.

Aaron’s versatility and aptitude for engaging with leaders at all levels, from individual contributors to C-suite executives, have been instrumental in shaping organizational culture, fostering individual and team potential, and promoting collaborative success.
