Organization Diagnostics addresses how to know what is the root cause of an issue, or what needs to change to drive success.  This diagnostic workshop takes a systemic approach to assessing organization situations and recommending interventions that drive and sustain change.  It is uses short case situations and organization situations participants bring to class.  There is “live” diagnostic application as participant use the concept and tools to understand their organization situations and reveal the drivers behind the issues.

Target Audience:    HR Business Partners

Course Objectives:  Participants will be able to:

  • Diagnose organization situations to select proper intervention
  • Understand and use a diagnostic model
  • Influence internal clients to engage in root cause analysis of organizational problems and issues
