Leah N’Diaye

With over two decades of diverse experience in management consulting and organizational effectiveness, both in-house and for professional services, Leah brings expertise in HR, organizational design, transformational change management and leadership effectiveness. She facilitates strategic conversations that inform decision-making and foster transformative outcomes.
Leah has worked extensively in Western Europe, the Bay Area, and Silicon Valley across industries such as technology, media and telecommunications, financial solutions, retail, life sciences and health care. She understands the rapid pace of change and the critical need for organizations to stay relevant. Through her work, she helps leaders effectively navigate the evolving landscape.
Leah has public speaking experience and shared her insights on inclusive organization design at The Conference Board’s 2022 Org Design, Change, and Transformation Conference. Additionally, Leah is a published author, contributing a chapter to a publication titled “The Entrepreneurial Humanities: The Crucial Role of the Humanities in Enterprise and the Economy,” which offers valuable perspectives on trends in employee experience.
Education:
Master’s degree from the Université de Paris Dauphine IX in Human Resources Management and Organizational Science. Org Design Training from USC Marshall’s Center of Organizational Effectiveness. International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification – in progress.
