Keily Breeden is an HR leader with over 20 years of experience in the retail and banking industries. After receiving her master’s degree in community counseling, Keily worked as a mental health therapist before transferring those skills into the corporate environment and finding her home in HR. Keily worked in multiple HR disciplines, including leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance and talent management. She has also worked as an HR business partner. In the HRBP role, Keily was able to partner closely with executive leaders while drawing from her broad HR background to drive business results and team performance.
Keily has a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, working collaboratively with executive leaders to understand their business problems and helping them find the best, most impactful solutions. She is a trusted partner who is passionate about helping teams and individuals realize their potential. Keily is a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner.
