Keily is an experienced human resources leader with a broad HR background. She has served as a Talent Management COE leader, overseeing performance and talent management, as well as organizational effectiveness. In her role as a strategic HR business partner, she led large-scale organizational changes by supporting and coaching leaders to achieve their business goals.
Pairing HR COE and HRBP experiences has allowed Keily to build end-to-end solutions and successfully drive the transformation to optimize the workforce while coaching leaders and leveraging cross-functional teams to ensure success.
Keily is certified in PROSCI, Korn/Ferry, and Human Capital Strategist (HCI).
Education: M.Ed. in Community Counseling and B. A. in Psychology, Southeastern Louisiana University.
