Throughout her 25+ year career, she has immersed herself in the areas of organization diagnostics, organization alignment and design, change management, performance management, marketing, product development/management and internal/external communications.
Joan has proven success in working with clients through complex change, and fast-paced planning and implementation. She is skilled at gaining the stakeholder buy-in and support that is critical to successful change.
