Armin McCrea-Dastur has 30 years of proven experience delivering strategic leadership and business consulting solutions that have helped move people and organizations toward their desired performance results in the business and sports industries. Her portfolio of experience spans a broad range of global and U.S. businesses, including sectors of consumer product goods, retail, medical devices, corrections, healthcare, and sports. Armin’s consulting, facilitation, and coaching services have influenced corporate structure, from C-level executives to frontline staff. Her expertise ranges across business transformation, strategic human resource management, and performance psychology with companies such as Kraft Foods, Mondelez International, Danone, EssilorLuxottica, CoreCivic, and The University of North Carolina’s Men’s Basketball program. Armin has proven success in complex ventures, in roles in change management with the $34 billion spin-off of Mondelez International from Kraft Foods, and in supporting the recruitment and leadership development of the Tar Heel 2005 National Championship team. She recently joined Purdue University Global as an adjunct faculty member in their Psychology department.
