He has progressive leadership experience in global matrixed environments, achieving “win/win” situations where they are not always evident. Adam’s expertise in operational excellence, project management, technology, and change management allow him to create practical roadmaps and enable purposeful decisions. As a result, Adam’s experience includes driving transformation initiatives within Sales, Marketing, and IT functions.
Adam has the unique ability to navigate the people, process and technology dimensions of Organizational Design. He creates Operating Models that are efficient, aligned, and drive role clarity to key stakeholders. Adam’s business acumen, curiosity, and ability to change the status quo fuels his talent in helping executive teams.
