Sharon has more than 25 years of experience leading large-scale transformations at complex global industrial, automotive, and financial service organizations.  And as a certified org design professional, Sharon is an expert at enabling operating model transformations. She has guided executives and their teams at Fortune 500 companies through strategy clarification, operating model design, organization alignment, implementation, and change.

Sharon is skilled at unraveling complex challenges, providing clarity and a pragmatic path forward. Her unique combination of strategy, digital experience, commercial acumen, design thinking, innovation muscle, and change leadership has helped leaders accelerate their transformations and deliver results.

Sharon is a board advisor for ITWomen a nonprofit organization working to narrow the gender gap in technology.
