Want to build strong organization design partners internally for business leaders to turn to throughout the lifecycle of a transformation? AlignOrg Solutions has the solutions you need to take your organization to the next level.

Aligning Your Organization: An Organization Design Approach to Enterprise Transformation is our comprehensive program certified by the Organization Design Community, the premier industry accreditation body. By choosing our fully accredited program, you have the assurance your team will be exposed to the latest thinking and methods in the field.

Through our time-proven program, we transfer our tools and methods to members of your organization through engaging workshops to help you build internal organization transformation capabilities.

Available AlignOrg Solutions workshops include:

  • Aligning Your Organization: An Organization Design approach to Enterprise Transformation
    • Organization Diagnosis and Intervention
    • Differentiation by Design (Macro Design)
    • Aligning for Success (Micro Design)
  • Organization Change & Individual Transitions
  • Alignment Leader® (Organization Transformation for Executives)

Each of these workshops can be customized to fit your specific needs (development goals, time constraints, and existing tools/methods). We can help your organization define an internal system for on-going capability development, and we work with you to establish a delivery model for offering advanced internal organization design and change management expertise. Our goal is to create capacity and capability, not foster dependence.

Individual credentials to showcase your OD skills

Another benefit of our accredited capability-building program is each individual participant has the option to receive a Certification of Completion from the Organizational Design Community.  This certification helps set your professionals apart from others and shows that your team is continuing to develop your skills in organization design.  Read more about the many advantages of the ODC certification program.

Enhance and refresh your skills and knowledge with our Online Learning Portal

In addition to our accredited capability-building program, we also offer an online Learning Portal to support and refresh your knowledge of AlignOrg Solutions' methodology and tools in real time.  Often after taking a training class, participants wish to go back and review a key point or a specific tool.  As part of the online Learning Portal we provide short, interactive learning modules and videos that can be used to refresh your knowledge as needed to support an internal client or a project.  We provide five interactive learning modules:

  • Introduction to Organization Transformation
  • Organization Diagnosis
  • Strategy Clarification
  • Differentiation by Design (Macro Design)
  • Aligning for Success (Micro Design)

We also provide twenty three- to five-minute videos of the tools most commonly used during an organization transformation.  These videos are invaluable to refresh your knowledge to help you be confident in front of your client.

One of the twenty videos in our Learning Portal is an overview of the Rubik’s cube metaphor that we use in our book, Mastering the Cube.  Watch this video below for a sample of how the learning videos will provide ready access for reviewing key aspects of our Organization Transformation model and approach:

If you are ready to take your company’s organization design and transformation skills to the next level, we are here to help.  Complete the form below to learn more about our training or to request a demo of our online Learning Portal.

Read about the importance of building organization design and change management capabilities in the Harvard Business Review. This article discusses the seven seismic shifts that managers must go through to become leaders.  One of those is how to move from a “Bricklayer to an Architect”. The idea is that to be effective, leaders must focus on the overall architecture of their organizations, and not just try to change things by moving a few bricks around.
