AlignOrg Solutions was a proud sponsor of the 2021 Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center International Executive Challenge. The virtual competition was hosted by Utah State University’s Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. During the competition, teams of students from universities in Europe, Africa and the United States used their business and leadership skills to answer questions related to a fictional business case study. AlignOrg Principal Ken Thompson served as a judge on the executive panel.
“I truly enjoyed being able to see these young leaders in action as I judged the final round alongside Lord Dr. Michael Hastings and David Covey,” Thompson said.
Teams from Erasmus University in the Netherlands received first and second place, and a team from Utah State University took third place.
