AlignOrg Solutions Principal and CEO Ken Thompson and Principal Sharon Moura traveled to New York City recently to accept one of the world’s premier business awards. AlignOrg Solutions is the winner of a Bronze Stevie® Award in the Company of the Year – Business & Professional Services – Small category in The 21st Annual American Business Awards®.
In his acceptance speech, Thompson credited the AlignOrg Solutions team of organization design experts for the company’s success.
“In the professional services line of work, you’re only as good as your team, and our team is amazing. I’m very grateful to them and the families that support them as we service our clients worldwide,” he said.
Moura gave credit to the AlignOrg Method, an approach that helps organizations align strategy, capabilities and choices in a way that drives growth and marketplace success. The AlignOrg Method has been used to help clients across the globe achieve transformation.
“It’s a real testament to our amazing team and how great they are, the method that we follow and how it impacts our clients and helps us earn loyal fans,” she said.
