He excels at achieving business results with strengths rooted in designing, developing and leading large multidiscipline teams through strategy development, implementation, and change.

With experience in large multinational manufacturing and high-tech companies, John has a deep understanding of how strategy alignment, organizational structure, role accountability, and culture can influence results. His experience living abroad as an expat and global CIO for over a decade enables him to partner with executive teams worldwide to achieve their goals.

John has a fierce passion for developing others and helping to cultivate their success. He continues to be a dedicated coach and mentor to many executives across industries, organizations, and backgrounds. His desire to be of service to others extends into the community as part of his board contributions.
