Community Engagement

We are committed to building a brighter future locally and globally. Through the Guatemala Children’s Project, we improve the lives of rural children, encouraging our employees to volunteer twice a year in projects like constructing homes and playgrounds. We also support the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business with scholarships and funding, and partner with the Stephen R. Covey Leadership Center to mentor future principle-based leaders. As a fully remote team, we encourage all employees to contribute locally as well.

Environmental Responsibility

We recognize the importance of protecting our planet and seek ways to minimize our environmental footprint. As we work with global organizations, we strive to be responsible citizens while still guiding teams as they co-create their future-state organization. Our robust virtual platform allows teams across the globe to collaborate while eliminating travel and the need for in-person materials, thus reducing our carbon footprint.
