Christine has coached and consulted with executives as a strategic HR business partner and organization design leader for more than 25 years. Her experience at Fortune 500 corporations, mid-size companies and small start-ups has given her insight into what works well when designing and leading an organization and what sends things off the rails. She’s on a mission to help others not just avoid those pitfalls but thrive in the process so they can make their unique difference in the world. Christine specializes in practical solutions that deliver value, with a focus on asking the questions that keep clients moving forward.

As an accomplished organization design consultant, Christine is recognized for her ability to ensure companies are aligned to support their strategy and growth goals. Her experience consulting with leaders in functions across the business and her knowledge of multiple HR disciplines means she brings a systems point of view to organizational challenges. She specializes in supporting leaders who are driving change through their organizations.
