Carla has more than 25 years’ experience leading transformational change, strategic planning, change management strategy & deployment, and leadership coaching. She has guided many companies (Fortune 500 to Mid-Size) through transformational change, organizational redesign, mergers & acquisitions, corporate rebranding, and process improvement initiatives.
Carla has been instrumental in boardrooms worldwide, including in the U.S., Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Munich, Singapore, and Brussels. Her experiences abroad have given Carla a unique perspective in global change enablement. Her ability to connect and collaborate across cultures, introduce common language, and effectively coach leaders have been instrumental throughout her career.
Education: B.S., Business, Minor in Communication – Western International University, Prosci® Certified Advance Instructor and Certified Change Practitioner, Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt, InsideOut Certified Coach, Certified PMP, and Master’s Certificate in Business Improvement from Auburn University.
