Paul is a Human Capital Transformation Leader with a pragmatic, client-focused approach and proven effectiveness in designing and implementing impactful solutions. He has over 20 years of experience across Telecommunications, Resources, Utilities, Retail, and Products. He has spent 10 years in leadership roles with Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services, and more than 10 years in strategic Human Resources roles at Sprint, KCP&L, and H&R Block. His change management and organization transformation clients have included Sprint, Dow, Kellogg’s, Supervalu, and several Utilities across the country.
Paul has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Avila University teaching graduate courses to MS in Organizational Development and MBA students since 2009.
