Lisa has over 20 years of experience working with organizations located in North America, Europe and Asia, and from diverse industries such as financial services, manufacturing, technology, business services and pharma as well as the nonprofit sector.
Prior to her consulting career, Lisa worked for several diversified multinationals where she lead their organization development, talent acquisition and development, succession planning, performance management, culture change, employee engagement, and human capital strategies and practices.
Lisa has a Masters in Human Resource Management and Post Graduate Certificate in Organization Development from The New School and undergraduates degrees in Psychology and Education from Boston University. She is also an ICF certified executive coach.
