A 10-year veteran at AlignOrg Solutions, Ken possesses a proven ability to drive effective organizational design, develop strategy, while being able to deliver the critical initiatives that enable organizational change. His past experience includes senior HR/Organizational Development roles in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, within Telecommunication, Financial and IT organizations.
Ken combines sound theoretical knowledge, start-up and acquisition experience, and commercial acumen to help organizations integrate processes, systems, and whole organizations for the greatest strategic impact.
