Whit is an organizational design consultant with expertise in aligning sub-cultures within organizations and enabling communication around organizational design. He offers strong listening skills and deliberate diagnostics that allow him to work together with business leaders to identify the core causes of alignment issues and create workable solutions.
With a background in education and the government sector, Whit is well versed in aligning choices and processes to fit unique environments, challenges, and markets. He offers a strong background in interdisciplinary communication, global awareness, and critical thinking. Additionally, he developed measurement tools adopted by the federal government that helped align state and federal metrics to strategy.
Whit has lived and worked internationally and leverages expertise in working with groups and businesses across the globe. He has led many research projects and presented at academic conferences exploring cultural interaction and globalization.
Whit holds an interdisciplinary Master’s degree from Purdue University.
