Paul is a Human Capital transformation leader with over 21 years of experience across five industries, including Telecommunications, Resources, Utilities, Retail, and Products. His broad experience includes 10 years in leadership roles in two of the largest global consulting firms, Accenture and Tata Consultancy Services, and more than 10 years in strategic Human Resources roles at Sprint, KCP&L, and H&R Block.
As an external consultant, Paul worked on key change management and organizational transformation initiatives at Sprint, Dow, Kellogg’s, Supervalu, and several Utilities across the country. His pragmatic, client-focused approach has proven effective in designing and implementing impactful solutions in a variety of organizational settings. His expertise includes complex organizational change management, organizational alignment, employee engagement, leadership development, and employee assessments.
Paul holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University. He has served as an Adjunct Professor at Avila University teaching graduate courses to MS in Organizational Development and MBA students since 2009.
