Nicole is an organizational design and effectiveness leader with 20 years of cross-industry experience in business transformations, technology implementations, organizational restructuring, performance management, leadership alignment, stakeholder management, strategic communications, and change management strategies. She specializes in advising clients on managing large-scale change transformations from conception through deployment. She has considerable experience in helping C-suite leaders solve complex situations and manage organizational cultures through strategy articulation and targeted employee engagement.
Nicole has developed, led and grown organizational effectiveness and change management practices for multiple companies. She has also held multiple management consulting and industry leadership roles including Director of Organizational Change and Communications at Allstate, where she led the change management program for a multi-year business transformation impacting Allstate leaders, employees and external suppliers. Prior to Allstate, she was a senior leader with the People and Organization Change practice at Ernst & Young and the Talent and Organizational Change practice at Accenture. She started her consulting career with Arthur Andersen in the Change Enablement practice after completing graduate school studies at Northwestern University in the late nineties.
Nicole is a graduate of Northwestern University, with a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) and Wayne State University, with a bachelor’s degree in journalism.
