Janice Schonwetter is a senior level results-oriented HR leader with proven success in improving organization performance. She is a strategic thinker who aligns and integrates human resource strategies with business goals. Her background includes practicing and leading teams of organization effectiveness and design, training and development, succession planning and workforce planning, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and executive organizational consulting. She also has extensive experience in change management, leadership development and organization, and team and individual assessments.
Janice is adept at utilizing a consultative approach to assess needs and provide solutions that optimize individual, team and organization performance. Janice’s work currently centers on helping leaders align their organizations to the strategy of their business and then forming high performance leadership teams to execute those strategies.
She has a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Ottawa University and a Master’s degree in Education from Central Michigan University.
