Adam Anderson is a management consultant that specializes in aligning choices, work activities, and communications to business strategy. He has coached and facilitated executives in some of the world’s largest and most respected organizations, helping them deliver high performance through strategic alignment. He has led many organizations through the complete business planning process from strategic plan development to execution. Some of the clients Adam has done extensive work with include Abbott Laboratories, Danaher, Humana, Tyco, and LinkedIn.
As co-founder of a strategic communications firm, he has developed tools and processes to help organizations align their internal and external communications to strategy and branding. Before external consulting, he consulted internally in the field of sales training and served as head of sales for a small international organization.
Adam has a degree in Finance from Brigham Young University.
